Why have an Intruder Alarm System?
Audible alarm systems have been found to be the most efficient way to protect your property. The external sounder provides visual deterrence to any potential intruder by advertising that you have an alarm system. Upon activation the siren sounds for a maximum of 15 minutes to deter intruders on site, with the strobe continuing to flash until the system is reset. This is to advise you, on return, that the alarm has been triggered.
What makes up an alarm system?
Intruder detection devices will comprise a combination of Door Contacts, Passive Infrared Detectors, Dual Technology Detectors and Break Glass Detectors. These devices are continually monitored by the Alarm Panel with the state of the system being displayed on the alpha-numeric LCD display on the Alarm Keypad.
